Just bought this from a hospice shop in England. It so beautifully made. My mother had the same model, just a different colour, and I used to spend hours typing on it as a child. Here are a few pics.
My kids just borrowed the same model Brother typewriter from my in-laws. Unfortunately the ribbon needs replacing. I looked all over the typewriter, but I couldn't find a model number, so I don't know how to figure out what kind of riddon to buy. I was wondering if you have the answer to that question. I've never purchased a typewriter ribbon, so any advice would be gratefully received.
